🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

Emails have just gone out to media and travel agencies inviting them to a private preview of the brand-new Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Walt Disney World! ⚜️

The event will take place between June 9th and 11th and states "attendees will have the opportunity to preview the attraction before it opens later this summer." 🐸

This means that Tiana's Bayou Adventure will OFFICIALLY have non-Cast Member riders as of June 9th!!! 🐊

With this news, when do YOU think Tiana's Bayou Adventure will officially open to the public? 🤔

Part 3: Day 3- Hollywood Studios

Woke at 7am to book individual lightning lane for Rise of the Resistance and Genie+.

We took the Skyliner to Hollywood Studios at Park Opening which was 30 min earlier than regular opening for us bc we were Disney Resort guests. This day was all about the rides, and we took full advantage of booking lightning lanes with Genie+!

Rides/Attractions:
-Slinky Dog Dash (rope drop, waited maybe 20 min- it was posted as 45 min)
-Toy Story Mania(3x throughout the day🤣, once with Genie+, the other 2x were standby lines but we didn’t wait more than 15 min either time)
-Rise of the Resistance (Individual Lightning Lane)
-Smugglers Run (Genie+)
-Star Tours (Genie+)
-Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway(Genie+)
-Alien Swirling Saucers(Genie+)
-Rock n Roller Coaster x2 (once with Genie+, once in standby lane- waited about 5 min at the end of the night)
-Tower of Terror x4🤣(Genie+ once, standby line 3x, rode back to back with no wait at the end of the night)
-Frozen Sing Along Celebration

We had an 11am reservation at Oga’s Cantina. This was our second time here. Such a cool atmosphere and the cast members stay in character. So fun!

We rested for a while in the afternoon at Baseline Taphouse and had the best Charcuterie Board.

We saw a ton of characters walking around the park on this day. The Star Wars characters are probably my favorite. I’ve never even seen all the movies but they are so fun and interactive. Galaxy’s Edge is an immersive experience that you do not want to miss!

It did start raining at the end of the night, so we hid under an umbrella for a while at Woody’s Lunchbox and had dinner. This is one of my favorite quick service restaurants. We didn’t let the rain ruin our night- so we hit up a few more rides and then called it a night. Due to the rain, they closed the Skyliner, so we took a bus back to the resort. It was such a fun day!

We checked out early the next morning and used Mears again to head back to MCO airport.

Part 2: Day 2 Epcot

Woke at 7am for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind Virtual Queue, but did not get in, so we bought the Individial Lightning Lane for it. We also joined the 1pm virtual queue later and did get in for that one. Also purchased Genie+ and booked our first ride which was Soarin’. We took the Skyliner to Epcot at Park Opening which was 30 min earlier than regular opening bc we were Disney Resort guests. We spent the morning riding rides.

Rides/Attractions:
-Soarin’ (Genie+)
-Living with the Land(Genie+)
-Test Track(Genie+)
-Remy’s (Rope Drop)- waited 25 min(it was posted at 45min)
-Guardians of the Galaxy x2(once with individual lightning lane, once with 1pm virtual Queue)
-Moana’s Journey of the Water

We spent the afternoon eating/drinking around the world and taking our time exploring each country. The Festival of the Holidays is happening right now so there were lots of food booths and the lines moved quickly. We went to Club Cool and tried “The Beverly” (IYKYK🤣). I’ll post a video at a later date!

We decided to skip the firework show and do a late reservation at San Angel Inn in Mexico. It was so good! I will definitely be back. Since we had a late reservation we left the park after closing and it was almost completely empty, so that was neat to see! We rode the Skyliner back to Pop Century.

Part 1: Just returned home from a weekend in Walt Disney World. This was a quick adults only trip with one of my brothers and we had the best time! I learned lots of new stuff for my clients! I’m going to post each day in a separate post. These are going to be long so bear with me! 🤣

Arrival day, Day 1: Magic Kingdom for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

We flew out of Jackson, MS and had a quick layover in ATL. Arrived at MCO in Orlando around 12:30pm. We used Mears Transportation to get to our resort. (I can book this for you).

Arrived at Disney’s Pop Century Resort around 1:20pm. The main reason we chose this resort is because it’s reasonably priced and bc it’s on the Skyliner, but it ended up being super cute!
Room wasn’t ready yet, but front desk quickly got us one. Check in is usually at 3, so that was a win to get one before then! Grabbed a burger and pork sandwich from Everything POP and drinks from Petals Pool bar.

We had tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom. The party started at 7pm, but admission for party guests starts at 4pm. We took a bus to Magic Kingdom and then took the monorail to The Grand Floridian to see the Gingerbread house. It was amazing and The Grand Floridian is such a beautiful resort. Took the monorail back to MK. We entered Magic Kingdom about 5 o’clock which worked well for us bc we missed the crowd of everyone entering at 4. It was “snowing” on Main Street as we entered- which made it so magical! We went through the party entrance and got our free ornaments.

Headed to the Spring roll stand. I love the cheeseburger spring rolls, but had never tried the pepperoni so I got one of both. The Cheeseburger is still my favorite.

Rides and Attractions we did:
-Country Bear Jamboree
-Pirates of the Caribbean
-Big Thunder Mountain
-Space Mountain(with holiday overlay)
-People Mover
-Tron(booked virtual que at 6pm)
-Buzz’s Space Ranger Spin
-Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

All the rides were little to no wait and ride times posted were not accurate. They were way shorter!

We watched the Christmastime Fireworks Show at 10pm and The Christmastime Parade at 11pm.

We got free cookies and hot chocolate or cider from 4 of the 5 Treat Stops. We didn’t make it to the last one.

Party ended at 12am, but we left about 11:30pm to beat the crowd and I’m so glad we did. We ended up on the bus with about 5 or 6 other people! We were exhausted, but had the best time! I highly recommend the Christmas Party!
