Traveling with kids is not "easy". It is more chaotic. They will have their breakdowns. They will have to adjust to different time zones and schedules being off. You may feel like you're just "parenting in a different location". BUT I'm here to say that it is SO worth it!
This spring, we took a 10-day trip to Arizona. We did and saw A LOT and it was incredible. Our 4 and 6 year old kids learned so much about cacti, different animals, different rocks and mountains, natural beauty, different climates, etc. We ate cactus fries and rattlesnake sausage for the first time. We hiked on lava rock of an extinct volcano. We went to a bull riding show. Going on an off-road tour in Monument Valley with a Navajo guide and listening to him talk about his life and sing songs in his language to our kids was incredible. We also snuggled up reading stories, watched a movie, sang sounds together in the car, swam in the pool, and went to a drive through wildlife park.
The amount of learning the kids had as well as all the one-on-one time and the memories we had together is something we will always remember. Our kids have traveled to over 30 countries and now to over 20 states, and this is just the beginning. I have a huge passion for travel and traveling especially with your kids. Please reach out if you'd like to talk more and see how we can help you, whether planning a trip to Europe, in the US or beyond - there is so much to see and explore, and I assure you with the right tools it is worth it!
