The Surfers NEST
Beautifully renovated, 4 bedroom beach condo located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Located above NEST Realty, this property is just steps from the beach (one block) and main entrance to the boardwalk (1/2 block). There are tons of restaurants, nightlife, family activies that you are able to walk to. Likely the most convenient location on the island for those who want to be close to the action, but want a fresh, well designed and stylish place to stay.
The space
This spacious and unique property has it's own private entry, patio and outdoor shower. All linens and towels also included. The building was an old grocery store from the 1930’s. It’s built like a fortress but this past winter we did a complete overhaul of the building, including modernizing all major systems, HVAC, plumbing, windows, insulation etc. and renovated the interior from top to bottom and down to the studs. Everything is new except the exterior walls but left the original (circa 1935) hardwoods.
