Things are about to get EPIC at Universal Orlando Resort! ✨🌎

Epic Universe officially opens to the public on May 22nd, 2025. Guests can book their vacation to Universal Orlando Resort to go to the new theme park starting TODAY.

I will be out of the office from Friday, 10/18/25 to Sunday, 10/20/25. My childhood friend is getting married on Clearwater Beach at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa; the famous pink hotel! She booked this venue and dates over a year ago and, despite Hurricane Milton, this wedding is proceeding as planned. My thoughts go out to the people of Clearwater & Tampa while they recover from the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. Thank you for still having us celebrate two wonderful people's union.

The Heartsell Family refused to let Hurricane Milton rain on their parade. ☔️🏰

They went to Walt Disney World anyway and experienced one the the best Disney vacations their family has ever had. They obtained a first class upgrade on United, countless pixie dust from Animal Kingdom Lodge, and got to meet the Tower of Terror legend himself, TJ! Thank you, Heartsell Family, for demonstrating that even magic exists amid a storm. Planning another unforgettable adventure for your family was an honor! 💫🫶🏼

🌦️IMPORTANT Announcement!! Please read!🌀

Hurricane Milton has left Florida, leaving a bunch of damage in its wake. Luckily, my home sustained minimal damage when many families lost their homes to wind and flooding in the Daytona Beach area. I finished my home clean-up today and will resume a normal work schedule tomorrow. I am fortunate to have power and Wi-Fi today when many people don't.

While I continue to catch up on messages and resume work, please keep in mind there are a lot of false rumors circulating the web that are causing panic. People have created AI photos depicting fake news. Please know Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom specifically, is not flooded. I have a family vacationing there now. They had a wonderful, fun-filled regular park day. The only damage reported right now is roof damage at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Also, Hurricane Nadina is fake. Florida will not have another hurricane next week. There are always potential storms brewing that could turn into hurricanes during this time of year, but no hurricane has formed, tracked, or been named. At this time, please be extra cautious and cross-reference all Facebook posts to ensure the information posted comes from credible sources. Please ask me any questions about what you have seen if you are unsure if it's truthful.

🌦️IMPORTANT Announcement!! Please read!🌀

As a native Floridian, I am not a novice in dealing with hurricanes and take them seriously. Even though I won't be getting the full impact of the storm living in the Daytona Beach area, I still will be in its path and need to secure my older home. I did not get through many messages today. I am now predicted to receive category two winds and decided to get more sandbags and move in my patio furniture just to be extra safe. I also assisted my grandparents this afternoon to extra prepare. I am in a mandatory evacuation zone due to erosion and flooding concerns. I will relocate to the mainland in the morning to ride out the storm with friends and family.

Please understand I see the messages you sent me; you are important. My inbox has about 20+ unanswered messages as I speak. I am not purposely ignoring you, but I am a one-woman show and truly going as fast as possible. I am taking care of my home and family while addressing your needs and the deadlines associated with your trips. I care about you and Sky Meets the Sea Travel Co. exponentially, but please be lenient and understanding.

If your family is not currently on vacation, please keep in mind that I might not respond to your message until Friday at the earliest. They have priority while I finish packing, evacuate, and get some rest. Please save all non-emergency inquiries till after the storm. We will 100% chat soon. Let’s talk about Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, a resort that transports you out of Florida and into the National Parks. 🏔️

I have two different families checking into Wilderness Lodge this weekend. It’s truly one of the most popular resorts I book. The natural beauty of the resort and its close proximity to Magic Kingdom are big pulls for families. Plus, the food served is the best! One of their table-service restaurants, Whispering Canyon Cafe, is a personal favorite of mine.

Guests can stay in a variety of different room-types at this resort; they can even stay in a cabin!
