The HOA repair work for the new decks is in progress! Looking forward to seeing the new decks & getting stairs down to the beach again! Over the winter the gov’t is pumping sand up to build up the dunes too! It will be great!

Good Morning! Also found this fun site on a walk last night. Behind the sand art is a protected turtle egg site. The island is known for having an affinity to turtles.

Been busy making some updates, special touches. All new shower heads, new pillowtop mattress in Master & main floor bedroom, new table, added pulls to all bathroom cabinets, each bedroom now has at least a 40” Smart TV & if you or your kids sleep with a fan all 3 bedrooms have one. Don’t worry you still can hear the ocean from the Master!
