Let's talk about Disney World resorts for a second. One of the reasons why I love a non-park day is because Disney has an entertainment guide each day with fun crafts, entertainment, and offerings for the kids. On our trip a little over a week ago, Nolan and I wanted to do a craft at Pop Century (where we were staying) but the day that craft was being offered we already had a packed schedule. Turns out, we stumbled upon an ostrich shell ornament activity at Animal Kingdom Lodge that we jumped on! Such a unique take home and the cost for this particular craft was all donation based, so we contributed $5 towards Disney's Animal Conservation efforts.
