❤️Out of Office❤️

Hello everyone! Just a little life update - my husband and I welcomed our beautiful baby girl this week and will be out of office for the next couple months. I have some fantastic agents covering for me, so if you shoot me an email at [email protected] I will either be able to assist upon my return or my fellow agents can assist with booked clients while I’m gone.

There are so many reasons I love my job - but hearing from clients about their trip is my favorite part.

I planned this sweet family’s first trip to Disney World - they stayed at one of the incredible on site resorts, enjoyed dining reservations (including Cinderella’s Royal Table where they saw fireworks during dinner!) and I also booked their stroller rental and transportation to and from the airport to make their trip easy and convenient.

A snipped from their email included, “Perfect! That would be how Julie and I would describe our trip. We did everything we wanted to do and more, it was so much fun! I think we were prepared and all your recommendations were spot on. It was truly magical for our girls and we cannot thank you enough for all you did!”

Working with these amazing clients was nothing short of a joy and them having a great time and sharing these precious memories with me made my day! The video their daughters made for me? PRICELESS!

People often ask me “why use a travel agent when I can book it myself?”.

Aside from the standard things like having an expert (with countless hours of training and years of experience) advise you on your vacation to make it customized to your family’s needs, booking dining reservations or magical extras in the early morning hours so you don’t have to, having someone who keeps up to date with new offerings in the parks and resorts (Disney is constantly changing!) and so much more - the biggest reason I can tell you is exactly what I’ve been doing the past couple of days. Having somebody who has your back.

With Hurricane Milton quickly approaching Florida and increasing in intensity, I have spent hours on the phone with Disney get clients trips moved to new dates, refunds for those who aren’t able to rebook, getting refunds or credit for other things like party tickets, Lightning lane and even transportation to and from the airport. The phone lines are hours long - for every one of my clients who needed to unexpectedly change plans just a couple days before or even that same day I was able to do that for them and I couldn’t be more grateful I could be of help to them in such a terrible situation.

We do what we do because we love our jobs; and we love our clients! Their safety and satisfaction is always my number one priority, and I’m glad I can help. Keeping all those in the path of Hurricane Milton in our thoughts and praying for their safety. If anybody needs anything, do not hesitate to reach out!

I am in SHOCK of all the announcements for new additions coming to the Disney Parks in the coming years. At D23 Disney announced several new areas, attractions and restaurants coming to Disney World! Some announcements included:

🏰Magic Kingdom will be getting a VILLIANS themed area with 2 themed attractions as well as shopping and dining.
🏎️Magic Kingdom will be transforming Tom Sawyer Island into a Cars themed area with a family friendly attraction and a thrilling attraction.
🦁Animal Kingdom’s Tree of Life will be getting a make over into Zootpia: Better Together, which will be a 3D show.
🌴Animal Kingdom will be getting a Tropics Americas expansion featuring an Indian Jones attraction as well as an Encantonride through attraction.
🏢Hollywood Studios will be getting a Monsters Inc land that will feature the first ever suspended coaster in a Disney Park which will feature Mike and Sully giving guests a tour of the Laugh Factory!

I cannot wait for these additions to come over the next few years. Stay tuned as I will be announcing even more Disney Parks and Disney Cruise Line info over the next few days!

My Marvel loving self is SO exciting for the news about Disney Cruise Lines latest ship - The Disney Destiny. Not only is there a unique overall theming of heroes versus villains, but there is a heavy focus on the Marvel universe on this amazing ship! I don’t know about you guys, but I cannot wait to sail!!

I love when clients send me reviews, this absolutely made my day! It was an absolute pleasure planning this family's trip to Disney World.

We worked with Savannah to plan our first ever Disney trip as a family! We were very excited however overwhelmed with all of what we had heard goes into making a Disney trip successful and seamless for your family. Savannah was there for us from the moment we first reached out to her. She provided us with several package options and hotel recommendations which fit our needs and atmosphere we were looking for. She helped us to understand the Disney Dining Plan and helped us to use that as the best option for our family for our vacation. She booked our dining reservations for us and was able to get us in at every experience we had wanted! When I ordered Magic Bands and did not directly purchase them through the app- she immediately offered to sync them for me and prior to that, explained all the features and benefits of having these for our trip. We also were very uninformed about the Lightning Lane and Genie+. She sent us very helpful videos to watch as well as documents for booking recommendations to maximize our purchase of these amenities. That was extremely valuable, as we were able to get on every ride we wanted to at each of our park days! We explored many other options with her such as stroller rental, transportation, etc and she was always quick to respond and provide us with many options. We appreciated the documents and videos she had sent so we could refer back to those when we had questions. Before our trip, we scheduled a call with her to go over our last minute questions and received an email of things to remember before we departed. Savannah was kind, positive, encouraging for us newbies! and extremely responsive and informative. We would definitely work with Savannah again and we will be visiting Disney for another trip! We made wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

Honored is an understatement. After all my work from last year I have achieved Silver Agent status with The Vacationeer, an EarMarked Diamond Producing Agency for Disney World and a Diamond Level Agency for Universal.

Although Disney Parks, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani and Adventures By Disney will always be my bread and butter, last year I expanded my bookings to Viking Cruise Line and Sandals All Inclusive Resorts. I also have received training and can book Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages and more!
