We are on the amazing Danube River doing the AmaWaterways Gems of Southeast Europe river cruise. We have seen some amazing sights in Bulgaria. We started by seeing the oldest church The Nativity Church in Arbanassi that has an amazing 3,600 frescos (painting depicting Christ’s life) then went to the largest church in the same city. We then headed over to have an original Bulgarian lunch before getting back on the bus and heading to Veliko Tarnovo. Where we went and explored the fortress there. The history in Bulgaria is amazing and can’t wait to experience more!

There are two days each week that I get super excited for, first is MONDAY. I get to talk to my son who is serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints who is in the Brazil Goiania Mission and the second is WEDNESDAY when the best tasting muffins get delivered to my door, IYKYK! Not only are these muffins super tasty, they are macro friendly. I don’t have to think about what I am going to eat for breakfast 🤗.
