Join us this Sunday for the 23rd Annual Michiana Chili Cook-Off.

From 12 - 4 pm, 11 contenders will be competing for the title of best chili. There will also be live music from Ground Control, a Beer Tent sponsored by Weiss' Gasthaus with craft beer, Oktoberfest and German Wine, and fun activities for the whole family, like hayrides brought to you by Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC, caramel apples and cider, games and raffles.

Stick around until 3:45 pm to see if your favorite chili spot won!

The best part? This event benefits the Food Bank of Northern Indiana.

We have been preparing the girls for our first job in almost 1.5 years. This pandemic has been tough on everyone, including Dream Coach Carriages. We will be representing Brown Funeral Home in the Niles Memorial Day Parade with our Pre-Civil War horse drawn hearse. The parade will be held on Monday, May 31st, kick off is at 9:00am on Main Street. We hope you will come out and help honor those who lost their lives serving this country. Thank you to Mark Alstott for these great pictures.
