Playing in Mexico! Day one. Started the day mountain biking in Los Cabos. Had an easy flight to Mexico City and a fabulous dinner.  Thanks to our good friends at Kemja Travel! Transport, the hotel and dinner recommendations have all been perfect. Dinner at Sud 777, Involved a tasting menu with juice pairing. It was like a festival of body mind and spirit. Seriously each dish was art, music and the magic!

Here is our upcoming travel itinerary. Be sure to like the page and follow along as we will post up daily.
Jan 11 - Day 1 – Transfer to the hotel in Mexico City – Rest of the day free. Lodging.

Jan 12 - Day 2 – Breakfast. City tour to visit Teotihuacan and Xochimilco. Lodging

Jan 13 - Day 3 – Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Flight to Tuxtla Gutierrez. Arriving you will have a car waiting for you to do a 2-hour boat ride at Sumidero Canyon to visit afterwards Chiapa de Corzo and Miradores before being transferred to the hotel in San Cristobal de las Casas. Lodging in San Cristobal.

Jan 14 - Day 4 – Early breakfast to leave the hotel at 8 am to visit Montebello lakes and Chiflon waterfalls. Lodging in San Cristobal.

Jan 15 - Day 5 – Box breakfast ready at the front desk. Departure at 4,00 am to visit the spectacular Blue Water waterfalls and the Mi Sol-Ha waterfall where you can swim. Visit to one of the most famous Mayan archeological sites, Palenque. Lunch included and transfer to your hotel in Palenque. Lodging.

Jan 16 - Day 6 – Box breakfast. At 6 am you will depart to the Lacandona forest. First we will go to one of the most impressive Mayan cities due to its location, mastery of its architecture where you can see different episodes of the Mayan nobilities. In Yaxchilan you will observe the heights of the forest with saraguato and spider monkeys. To get there you will go by boat along the Usumacinta river, border with Guatemala. We will visit the city of the painted walls, Bonampak and then you will be taken to rest to a Lacandon camp. Lunch and dinner included. Lodging.

Jan 17 - Day 7 – Breakfast. Trekking along the forest with a native guide observing the flora and fauna at one of the world places with the most biodiversity. You will visit the rests of a lost city in the forest and the Golondrinas waterfall to refresh yourselves. After walking back to the camp you will have lunch (included) before going back to Palenque to spend the night.

Jan 18 - Day 8 – Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. End of our services.

This is Médano Beach! Right up there with Ipanema, Venice Beach, Playa Del Carmen, Montego bay, and Waikiki. This photo was taken from a restaurant which sits right over the chaos on the beach. There are many beaches surrounding the capes that offer great swimming and beautiful views with few crowds. However this one is like spring break in Fort Lauderdale, with a better view.

Nothing like traveling and finding a new epic spot for breakfast. That’s a mint hollandaise over pork belly, and served on a croissant. Poached eggs on avocado toast, with a spicy oil drizzle! Consider coming to March retreat!
