Hi Everyone, we just wanted to check in with an update. We did not get flooded with the weekend crazy high tides. We actually did get our parking area flooded and the water did come up to the rear bungalow. I'm feeling blessed!

The Hampton Beach lifeguards are now officially finished for the season, but not without my final heroic assist. Yesterday I watched a horse dump their rider that was trying to leg them into the surf. The horse then spooked, dumped the rider, rolled over them, and was running free toward beachgoers when the lifeguards responded ready to herd the loose horse. Good job by all expect the one rider wet and walking. It happens!

I hope everyone is having a great Good Friday. If you are one of our current renters, we are very pleased to announce that the lower unit as of today has (2) queen beds. In an effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we are in the process of off-season upgrades and this is one we are excited about. We have a new mattress still in the plastic and have just set up a queen bed with storage draws in the center bedroom of VL1 Enjoy!

We are excited to announce that we were able switch out one of the double beds for a larger, queen size bed. So, if you have a reservation with the VL2 top floor cottage this summer you stay might be a bit more cozy. If your reservation is for another unit, we hope to be able to upgrade that full-size bed in time for summer 2023.

Hi Everyone, We have made it past the busy holidays and have heard from many of our return renters and only have the week of 8/7-8/15 left for weekly rentals during the prime weeks. Of course we are looking to develop our shoulder seasons and would love to hear from those out there interested in May/June and also Sept/Oct. The shoulder season offers shorter lines to get into the Sea Ketch and better prices per night for the cottages.

Hampton Beach is gearing up for a FANTASTIC holiday weekend. The weather forecast is promising and in case you have not heard, the 20th Annual Hampton Beach Sand Sculpting Classic has been pushed from it's original date earlier in the year to 9/3-9/5. Sand has already been trucked in and the sponsorships are being sculpted this week.
