Kentucky Guides Kentucky Guides is a micro tour operator offering custom, personalized tours for smaller groups. I love the history my home state offers visitors.

Not being a transportation company, we offer planning, guiding and driving services for Kentucky Bourbon Tourists who provide their own vehicles. When a van or bus is needed for larger groups, I partner with Derby City Limo for transportation needs.

I am Bob White - the owner, the guide, and one-man-show running this business. My tours are very informative about the rich culture surrounding our

Bourbon. Most tours are full-day experiences noting facts and points of interest on the drive to and from distilleries and visitor centers.

A power outage Hurricane Helene gifted Bourbin Country a while ago turned one morning upside down for myself & other tour guides.
Admittedly, I was a bit reluctant to encourage a review from the guests.
We turned lemons into lemonade thanks to Glenn’s Creek Distilling’s willingness to bail me out and the client’s review was far better than expected.
Thanks to everyone for coming through when a challenge surface.
I’m sure we’ll do it again.

So many folks identify themselves as the “first” this or that. I’ve grown dismissive of those claims since we’ve had people of all races, sexes & religions involved in the American Whiskey biz for 200 years.
Then it dawned on me that I’m the first of something: I’m the first Quail-owned & operated Bourbon Guide in Kentucky !!!!
Top that you firsts of whatever else 🤪
