Spring is back! Trails are dry. Mid 70’s temperatures today.
Town is busy, spread the crowd. Remember only hikers are allowed in the wilderness area, exploring those trails allows to avoid multi use conflict on other trails.
Keep hydrated, bring snacks and stay within your fitness limits.

The storm has past and the sun is out today. It’s going to stay chilly all day, but the trails are in great condition. Higher elevation will have more moisture, and will be a bit muddy.
The bike festival is still going on, so if you are hiking, favor the wilderness trails, to be free of bikers.

Moody sky yesterday. Sedona got some rain shower all afternoon.
The soil soaks it in really fast, and most trails will be in ideal condition this early morning. Temperatures have dropped into the 40’s. Watch for icy spots, and wet slick rocks.
More rain is coming mid day, and we can expect more saturation from that second storm if it last longer.

This morning is going to be every photographer’s dream! The snow covered red rocks are so pretty. With the sunlight hitting them today, it won’t last long.
The trails will be frozen this morning, and expect them to get sloppy by the end of the day.
Respect the mid policy, if you leave a deep track, please turn back.

The sun has been out. Most lower trails dryied out And are good to go. Some north facing/shady trails are still damp, specially in the morning. We don’t recommend to get on higher trails yet. Please respect them, and turn back if you are leaving big tracks.
We may get more moisture overnight, but it shouldn’t saturate the trails.

We got rain overnight, and it stopped now. The trail were extremely dry, and will soak the moisture really fast. Most lower trails will be in great conditions in a couple hours. Give the higher trails more time, and watch for the wet washes. Enjoy the outside!

It didn’t rain as much as planned, didn’t snow either, and the temps are going up already. Trails are going to be in perfect condition. Creek will have a little bit of water, but everything will run great. If you encounter puddles, please ride slowly through them. Enjoy the outside!

The rain stoped late yesterday. Trails are already pretty dry. Watch for creeks and washes as they are still flowing. Give it some time this morning, and everything will be in great condition.
The Red Rock Ranger district had issued official closure. Please access trails moderately and respect the closure. Remain cautious with interatctions and maintain healthy distances. Respect the trails and it’s users.

The conditions were very dry, so it will soak up the moisture rapidly. We don’t recommend trail acces today, but tomorrow will be perfect!
