You just put in the url from Vrbo or Airbnb (we don't list our properties on Airbnb--they have terrible policies!), and you'll get the results showing how much you can save by booking direct! It's pretty awesome, actually! I did a search using one of our properties and was pleasantly surprised to see that if a guest wanted to book with us direct vs Vrbo, they would save $73, and that was just for a 2-night stay.
