Is $6209 life changing?

Running a small business or any business for that matter is not always easy. In fact it is the complete opposite.

It is one of the hardest and most stressful things someone can do. To be successful everything depends on the owners and their team. A wrong decision could cost you everything

However, there are 10,000 other reasons most business owners do not even think about those things and push forward everyday!

I wish I could say that owning a small business would make you wealthy beyond measure and life is easy (some people think this) but that is not the case. Small business is much more than any of that.

We get the opportunity to be a part of the community and provide a service that is needed. That is really the best part of what we all do.

A small business such as ours, , and all of the other amazing coffee shops in our area and elsewhere do something even more special in the community.

Most of our employees have NEVER had a job. We are the first place they learn about responsibility and the rewards (a pay check) for doing a good job.

So what does that mean???

They will not always make everything perfect!!! They will sometimes be slow!!!!

They will mess up your order!!!!

They will forget to add that sugar you wanted!!!

They will get better!!!

What happens next??

They start to gain confidence in themselves.

They start to learn how to talk to customers.

They start to figure out how to multi task.

They start to learn what it will take for them to become adults and not rely on someone else.

We strive to give each of our employees independence as they learn what to do. This in turns gives them more confidence.

Imagine if some adults were able to have confidence in what they do everyday!

After all of that our employees begin to want to try something different. So we start that same process again 😁.

So when you go to a small business remember this might be that employees first experience at dealing with someone other than their family. They want you to be happy, they want their boss to be happy and they want to do well!

They will be very nice to you and try their best!

Help them achieve these things! We will all be better when everyone succeeds!

Most of them have only been on earth for 6209 day!!

Global Coffee Tours is in Portugal and found a shop that has only been open just a few months! Really nice and clean with a great selection of food and really good coffee! If you can get out to this part of Portugal you will want to stop in!

Global Coffee Tours has found a great spot in Combarro Spain for some very traditional coffee and pastries. From donuts to croissants and some great espresso. If you want a place that has very little tourist, and is on the water. Be sure to look this place up. And bring your best Spanish (it will help a lot)

We discovered a great place in the PHX area today! is a really cool place. With great outdoor seating and indoor seating they have what you need. This place has a drive thru as well.
