Recently booked- LIZARD ISLAND on Australia's Barrier Reef, as part of an epic 4- week client adventure through New Zealand and Australia which I can't wait to share with you! (and am definitely pretty envious about!)

Secluded within the National Park, enriched with diverse Australian wildlife and bounded by private beaches, Lizard Island absolutely unique- it is the only luxury resort located directly on the Great Barrier Reef. Endless adventures await... boat trips through these incredible water, snorkeling, scuba diving, reef exploration, fishing, hiking. In between, relax poolside or enjoy holistic spa treatments, sublime food and excellent service. Sigh. What's more, our client is a biologist and incredibly excited about his visit to the Lizard Island Research Station, a coral research facility owned and operated by the Australian Museum.

Stay tuned as I highlight more of this extraordinary journey, which includes the highlights of both countries. Staying true to my passion for nature and sustainability, we've been sure to include several stunning luxury nature lodges in between the classic stays!

CLIENT DEPARTURE, first stop: Santorini! ☀️ 🇬🇷
It is so exciting when trips we have been planning and fine tuning for so many months, eventually begin! So excited for this family who are on their way to Greece! They will be arriving just in time for lunch on at their stunning (despite a delayed international flight and a quick shuffle to get them on a later flight to Santorini- that's how we love supporting our clients!❤️)

What a place to kick off this dreamy trip! Carved into the rugged caldera cliffs, Mystique overlooks the midnight clear waters Aegean Sea - it might be hard to leave this pool terrace to embark on the fun adventures we've planned for them!

Back home in NY after the most incredible 9 days spent in Botswana with Wilderness ! The nights seem quiet without the grunts of hippos, hyenas, lions roaring and mysterious leaf crunching outside my tent 😳and it's hard to imagine that just a few days ago, we were in the midst of some of Africa's most untamed, remote wilderness!

More incredible bush plane and helicopter flights than I can count, and road transfers through Botswana's stunning wilderness, brought us to the most incredible camps in utterly remote corners of this diverse, wild country. It was impossible to choose just a few pictures of the spectacular adventures we've had, wildlife we saw and extraordinary camps we were lucky enough to experience!

From the channels of the Linyanti River and Savuti in the North, to the desert and starlight wonders of the Makgadikgadi Salt Pan, the Kalahari and the marshes and grasslands and gigantic herds, and the most glorious birds of the Mababe Depression- and ultimately to the incredible waterways of the Okavango Delta- one of the most spectacular wildlife sanctuaries in the world. We explored the extraordinary diversity of four ecosystems on this incredible journey.

Tracking lion families, watching elephants at eye level in a watering hole hide, elephant river crossings at sunset. Foraging with meerkats, a herd of a thousand buffalo, a desert walk with San Bushmen, quad biking across the salt pans, cocktails under endless constellations. Beautiful sunset boat rides and gliding in a'makoro' through the beautifu water lilies and reflections of the Delta.. endless African skies and heart-stirring sunsets. Wonderful people wherever we went; incredible guides, outstanding food and surprise bush brunches. Sundowner bars set up in the most gorgeous places; visiting community projects and soaking it all in. There is just too much to share!

By managing private concessions across 8 African countries, Wilderness is helping to conserve 6 million acres of pristine wilderness and empower communities. By staying at one of their incredible, intimate camps that range from 'adventure' to 'premier'- guests have access to explore some of Africa's most untamed places with extraordinary guides and make a positive impact at the same time!

Just booked! A beautiful stay at in Lamego, Portugal for a family with young adult kids.The 19th-century manor sits high on a hill overlooking vine-covered terraces with the Duoro River flowing beneath. Suites and villas are set within flourishing kitchen gardens and vineyards, some with private gardens, plunge pools or incredible Douro views. Recently booked my first honeymoon for a young, adventurous couple- to Belize! ❤️What a privelege to plan their very first trip as Mr & Mrs! After weighing up a few destinations, we landed on Belize as the perfect mix of romance, jungle adventure, beach lounging and exploration. Their beautiful journey will take them from the jungle to the beaches of Placencia and to end off, Ambergris Caye on the barrier reef.
