Anyone interested in a cruise on Virgin Voyages?? They are offering select cruises for credit card reward points plus $346 cash for taxes and fees etc** (amounts may vary) Most (maybe all?) credit card reward points can be transferred to Virgin. If you transfer Amex points I believe they have a transfer bonus right now. There are a variety of cruises available and the number of points required varies. 7 days in the Med leaving from Barcelona or Athens. Transatlantic cruises from Rome or Barcelona. Caribbean cruises. The number of points required is for one or 2 sailors. I have no idea if you can add a 3rd sailor to a cabin. To see these offers log into your Virgin Red account (or create an account at VirginRed.com) and click on the SPEND tab. There are a variety of cruises available - scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Some of these cruises were available last year at approx half the number of points. I think it's a great use of points. We would also need flights to the departure port - unless you live close enough to drive. Is anyone interested in going? I am looking into river cruises in Europe. I have never been on one of these cruise but they look amazing! Does anyone have any experience? Can you recommend a cruise line - Viking? AmaWaterways? Avalon? Someone else? And what is the best time of year to go? Flights to Europe will be expensive in the peak summer season. Fall foliage would be lovely. Please comment below and we'll try to put something together.

Low Airfare Alert Tampa to Heathrow There are flights available on Virgin Atlantic in January, February and March in Economy for 12,500 points plus $152 one way. I haven't checked return flights but I can if anyone is interested. This is a very reasonable price for a flight to the UK if anyone is interested in traveling economy to the UK at that time of year. Other categories are available but will be more expensive. A lot of credit card reward points transfer to Virgin Atlantic. If you have any questions about how to do this you can always dm me

Low Airfare Alert There are some low prices on Virgin Atlantic using credit card reward points to fly from SFO to Heathrow In January, February or March next year. Prices in economy are 15k points and $152 for a one way flight. Most credit card points (but maybe not all) transfer to Virgin Atlantic. If you have Chase UR points there is currently a 30% transfer bonus. This is the price for Economy. Other categories will be more expensive. If you'd like me to look for other reward flights I can hopefully point you in the right direction.

In the summer, Virgin Voyages had a promotion of 80k points per cabin for a one week cruise departing from Barcelona, or Greece. I signed up for the cruise around Greece but then the wildfires happened and I couldn't go. I am really hoping they offer that promotion in 2024. How awesome would that be to have a "free" group cruise around the Mediterranean!?! Obviously we'd need flights too. But if we start collecting credit cards points now - and get a sign up bonus - we should have enough by next summer. We just need to keep our fingers crossed that they will be offering the promotion. But if not we can always use the points on flights. Please let me know if you are interested and I can post a step by step plan on how to do this. Virgin Voyages is for adults only - fyi

We have 2 sets of prices for this group. The first set of pricing is group pricing and is refundable and includes tips, wifi and the classic beverage service. All prices are based on double occupancy, per stateroom and include port fees and taxes etc.

Please let me know if you need flights. Travel Insurance is always recommended for every trip. Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the travel date and you know where it is.
If we accumulate enough “Group Amenity Points” we can have additional extras like onboard credit, cocktail evening etc. We can look at options once we know how many “Group Amenity Points” we have.
A $500 deposit is required with the balance being due November 26th 2023.
