In the prestigious neighborhood of Kamay, you will find this stunning two-story villa offering 3-ensuite bedrooms, perfect for three couples, and four full bathrooms plus an upstairs “sunset suite”. Upon entering this amazing home, you will be welcomed by the large front wooden doors leading you to the open space concept living room and dining room with high wooden ceilings. The dining room table

has seating for ten and the breakfast table has seating for four. After a long day at the beach gather in the family room where there is seating for everyone and enjoy a movie on the 65” QLED smart TV. The living room and dining area overlook the fabulous pool with a full wall of accordion-style doors opening to the pool. The outdoor area has a custom artisan dining table that can accommodate at least eight guests. Aruba enjoys the perfect temperature for dining alfresco. The outdoor grill is perfect for making a steak or grilling your own catch of the day. You will find all the grilling tools you need for all your grilling needs. There is also a covered gazebo where you can relax with a cool drink on the cushioned patio furniture and take in the amazing island views. The sunsets are incredible! Cool off in the enormous saltwater pool, which has a depth of six feet, or just relax in the sun on one of the many resort-style sun loungers around the pool. Off the living and dining area, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen with all wooden cabinets, a dishwasher, and Corian® Quartz countertops. The kitchen also includes stainless steel appliances a gas stovetop, a microwave, a toaster, and an 14-cup programable coffee maker. Some added extras you will find in the kitchen include an espresso/cappuccino maker, a small food processor, a Ninja air fryer/toaster oven, a spice rack and everything you would need to cook a fabulous gourmet meal or just a pizza, this kitchen has it all! There is a large laundry room off the kitchen with a family-size washer and dryer. The laundry room is also equipped with a slop sink and hanging drying racks for your clothes. The well-designed ground floor layout offers a light-filled romantic master bedroom with a king-size Balinese wood-carved four-poster bed with pool views and direct pool access. The master suite also boasts a 58’’ Ruko TV. To make your stay even more serene the ensuite bathroom includes his & her sinks and a large soaking bathtub and a very spacious shower. Completing the ground floor layout, you will find the other two large king ensuite bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, pool views, and direct pool access. These two king rooms are located directly off the pool area and out of the main house, making this a great experience and offering you relaxation and privacy. Each of these rooms has 58” Ruko TVs and a mini fridge, hair dryers, and your own remote-controlled AC unit.

"This is my fifth visit to the Island of Aruba. I was happy with all my previous accommodations. However, this place and the staff have exceeded our expectations. The home is exactly like the photos. It is large beautiful and well kept. The Pool is big and beautiful. The house has all the amenities that you can ever want or need. The location is close to the beaches and the nightlife. This place was comfortable and pleasing.
The staff at Bocobay are exceptionally. Their response is speedy. They are there to assist you with whatever you need.
Special thanks to the staff who come yesterday morning 7/26/2023 for our check out service. Our rental car battery died when we were heading out to the airport. She stayed with us the entire time and provided assistance until we got the car started. This company has gone above and beyond to ensure that our vacation on the Island of Aruba was memorable. I will definitely stay at this villa again and also recommend it to my friends and family in USA."
