"The floors are painted concrete so spills and sand are not a problem. We had a small private are that was fenced in to contain our dogs while we were grilling. Be aware the pet fee is a little pricey but still cheaper than boarding."

"Bar next door had live music every night until midnight but house is so well insulated, as is the bar, that not a sound could be heard in the house, and the music was great with a ton of friendly, eccentric clientele. 10 minute or so drive to Army base or golf course.
Garage easily fit a jeep gladiator and a pathfinder too. If you need more parking, there is plenty on the street. Area felt safe and you could see stars at night. We would definitely stay again."
