For anything of an URGENT nature while I am traveling (i.e. if you are traveling in-destination and require immediate assistance with your travel plans, etc.): Please call and leave me a voicemail, and also follow up with an email. I am also accessible on Whatsapp, but kindly note that responses may be delayed because of time differences. In cases of an extreme emergency, I do have a backup agent who will be covering me.
