How can "a touch of the madness" help you tap into your inherent source of creativity and bring original creations to the world?
How can we as business leaders break through stagnation and mediocrity and create authentic organizations?
To explore these and other such questions, I recently sat down with a renowned film producer behind some of the most iconic movies of our times.

Larry shared insights from his extensive career in the film industry, discussing how to cultivate a culture of creativity, the significance of asking for help, and the role of perseverance in achieving success. The discussion also touched on the need for fun in the workplace and the potential for global opportunities in film, ultimately encouraging listeners to believe in their ideas and take risks.
