FORT WILDERNESS ~

Camping at Disney? Yes please!
This campground blew me away. We watched some YouTube videos on it before going and it still exceeded my expectations.

🏕️ We were on bobcat loop, it was so quiet! We saw Magic Kingdoms fireworks through the trees every night. We saw the Tri Circle Ranch - we watched the documentary on Disney + so it was really neat. Emme had been wanting to see the carriage wedding ponies, the stables are so beautiful, and we rode a pony for $10 (there wasn’t a wait, and you don’t have to pre register!)

🏕️ It was so clean, and well maintained. Pools were great with a slide and splash pad at the main one. Parks were great as well, I think there were 5+. The quick service food was great, and easy accessible with the mobile ordering. We rented a golf cart for $70 a day. This was the way to go. We were able to see so much and get around the campground so easily! If you go and have a rest day, definitely budget for the golf cart!

🚌 Transportation - busses available to all the parks. We took it to Disney Springs but drove to Epcot! There’s a boat option to go to magic kingdom as well which is so fun!!

🎉New cabins open this summer!! This is a great option for larger families, or two families to Disney on a budget. The campground was just as great as a deluxe resort we’ve stayed at, so I would highly consider it!

I haven’t posted here in a little bit wanted to share a few things now that we’ve personally experienced!

🌸 Flower and Garden festival was my favorite! We’ve now been to the four festivals and this one did not disappoint (not that any of them do lol)

🌺 Food was super delish, and the amount of flowers and topiaries was incredible!

🦋 There was a cool butterfly house, and other activities to sprinkle in between the rides and snacks.

☕️ our favorite way to Epcot is to - buy genie plus book the bigger rides first, book VQ for Guards of Galaxy and take the first hour - two hours to grab a coffee and donut and walk around the empty quiet countries. Everyone else books it to Remy or Frozen, and food booths are closed (they open at 11a). The details in each park are mind blowing, but there’s something different about Epcot! It’s so fun to let the kids walk / run around while exploring.

🍽️ We tried 21 different things and left the park before 3pm! It’s our favorite way to eat in Epcot, we’ve never tried one of the quick services here. 😂 Well grab 1-4 things at each booth and snack around in between rides and princesses! Items are $4-$10 each.

Christmas is HERE in Magic Kingdom, but so are those crowds!

The Christmas parade is happening two times a day on normal hours. It’s the longest parade Disney puts on, and it’s incredible!

Jingle Cruise was super cute and fun to see all decorated!

Journey of Water - Inspired by Moana was so beautiful!

It’s constantly moving, so even on a super busy Saturday we walked through with no waits! The kids had the best time splashing, waving and jumping through and with the water!

Don’t skip this one when you go to Epcot! 🌊🌺

Sunday Funday 🌞
We went and played a game of putt putt before heading to the water park today!

Did you know that there’s usually a game of putt putt included with your resort stay? You can head there on your rest day, check in or out day!

⛄️ Blizzard Beach opens Nov. 6th and this course is connected! So you can play a game before or after you go swimming!

❄️ The course was so cute, and interactive! It wasn’t crowded at all - they have some snacks and drinks too!

🌊 Coming before Nov. 6th? It was less than 10min to Typhoon Lagoon! We loved doing putt putt first thing while it was cooler, and then soaked up that sun in the wave pool!
