One of the many great benefits of Hall of Fame is the ability to make advance reservations for salon, spa, golf, excursions, etc. We love to do this preplanning planning as it allows us to make arrangements before arriving the resort, so not to take away from our vacation time. It’s also helpful because we are able to book before the prime times are taken. For several years now we have been assisted by Vacation Planner, Guy Joesph and he truly is not only best at his job but amazing person that has become family! He contacts us prior to our arrival with all the updated information and pricing, so we have our preferred dates/times confirmed in advance.
Even if you’re not a planner Guy can assist once at the property, his office is located on the casino end of the lobby down the hallway by the arcade, just before the stairs leading to the spa. He also provides his email and WhatsApp that can be used as well while at the resort. I have no doubt Guy Joseph will be your “Guy” as well for all your planning needs! 😎

Anyone with upcoming plans to HRPC? Our experience on Saturday from PUJ was seamless!! We landed, thru customs, picked up our luggage, in the transfer and arrived at the resort within the hour! Helpful tip: let an airport porter assist with luggage, definitely saved us time trying to manage 4 suitcases and at the On Tour transfer counter in no time. Well worth the tip we paid him! 😎

Enjoyed a seven course meal paired with unique drinks at the Awaken your Senses dinner last night. We have experienced at Hard Rock Riviera Maya but pleasantly surprised this dinner was unique to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana and the courses were different.

We heard some chatter they would be working on the AC, which had us concerned being we already had guests/friends dealing with no AC in HRLC for four nights.
We arrived HRPC 9/27, it was confirmed when our check-in was done at Ipanema (where there was AC) and with a letter informing us the AC in the entire resort would be out until 10:30p. We were right away offered options of compensation for the inconvenience in exchange for signing a release, we declined to sign at that time because we wanted to be sure it wasn’t longer than the one day. When we entered our room just before 8:30p, I am happy to report we had cold air! Kudos to GM, Luis Entrala and HRPC team for handling this mild inconvenience so well. Luis is the perfect person to make certain areas that we see and do not see that have been neglected over the years are corrected.
Changes/improvements since we were in in March for LOP…the new Casa Verde restaurant offering vegan as well gluten free menu and Stacked offering burgers and shakes (menus attached). All the elevators we’ve encountered have been operational! Members pool has new large umbrellas that are easier to move and provide more shade and new cabanas being installed on the beach. So far our stay has been lovely and we look forward to possibly returning in the spring to see/experience more amazing improvements.
I will try to share other items we encounter throughout our stay. We hope anyone that had a not so pleasant stay in the past will choose HRPC for their next trip.
