Unit 1618 is a stunning penthouse unit. It underwent a top to bottom renovation in 2016, and was refreshed as of January 2021 with new beds and a new sofa with chaise lounger. This unit is a favorite of our travelers. The views are amazing, and the unit is cozy and calming.

We’re excited to announce that the resort is reopening THIS FRIDAY, May 1st. There will be some limitations - the pools and onsite bar/restaurant remain closed under order from the governor. But the BEACH is open and waiting. To reflect the reduction in amenities, we are offering all of our units for a flat rate of $100 per night, plus a $75 departure cleaning fee, through May 12th!!! Message us for more info!!

Unit 318 is our newest property - we purchased it in October of 2019, and it has undergone an amazing renovation. Located on the third floor, this unit has vaulted ceilings and no steps. Its also located on the same level as the parking deck access - so its just a short walk to start your vacation.

Unit 1624 is a stunning penthouse suite with amazing ocean views. It has one bedroom, and one bath. With the sofa bed in the living area, it sleeps six comfortably. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook a small meal. The unit offers two HD televisions with Roku built in.
