My views in Hudson this morning. We have another mama duck on her nest by our pool…very sweet, but Monte very unhappy his yard is blocked off!

Craig and I have worked very hard on transforming our getaway/retirement home since the beginning of August! I think I’m ready to retire…now convince Craig to retire too!!
We’ve done floors throughout. Kitchen complete overhaul with cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Also paint and some new decor. Boat lift and dock, outdoor lights with more coming.
Now time to enjoy for the rest of 2023! Cheers 🥂

The Salt Hoss survived hurricane Idalia! It was close, but we are very lucky and we are counting our blessings today. Here is the video our neighbor took. You can see how the water was over the sea wall and into our backyard but never reached the house. Thank you God 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️
