Next time you are in line for 'Pirates of the Caribbean' take a look around and you will see one of my favorite Easter Eggs EVER. Keep your 👀 peeled for the pair of pirates who got stuck in an eternal stalemate during their chess game. It is said that they died in a chess stalemate because neither would agree to a draw!

The smell of popcorn can be smelled all throughout Magic Kingdom 🍿. But, did you know, it is one of the only opening day snacks still around for Disney World guests to satisfy their salty cravings?
🤓Here is a pro Disney tip: Buy a souvenir popcorn bucket on your first day and you can get popcorn refills for only $2.25 throughout your Disney World vacation at any of the four parks!
This is a great way to economically keep your kiddos from getting hangry while in line for their favorite attractions. Any time we can eliminate hearing the phrase, "I'm hungry" is a good day 🙌

Have a family vacation coming up? Here is one of my all time FAVORITE packing hacks:
🧳Use gallon-sized storage baggies to pack your child’s clothing for each day of your trip (you can roll out the air to maximize that precious suitcase real estate). Then, label each baggie with their name and the date you wish for them to wear each outfit. Believe me when I say, this makes getting ready in the mornings a breeze! And, it will even allow you to actually get a cup (or two) of coffee in before you head out for the day!

🏰You cannot walk down Main Street USA without seeing balloons galore! While they are cute (and your kiddos will love them), they can also serve a nifty purpose.
🎈 Purchase your favorite Disney balloon and tie it to your stroller to help identify it after being parked at a ride entrance or outside a restaurant. Believer me...your tired eyes will thank you!

Question: Are you the betting type? Yeah...me neither, and ESPECIALLY not when it comes to travel ✈️!

✨Over the next year Disneyland is signficantly increasing (by almost 2 MONTHS worth) the number of days they sell the lowest price ($104) one day/one park ticket
✨Beginning February 4th park hopping will begin at 11am
✨Beginning February 4th and lasting through the 100th year celebration all ticketed guests will receive FREE digital downloads of photopass of attraction photos
✨ Magic Key passes will be sold as inventory allows

Jumping over to Walt Disney World Resorts
✨ Starting in the next few months, Annual Passholders will be able to visit the theme parks after 2pm WITHOUT a park pass reservation. (Excludes Magic Kingdom on Saturdays and Sundays)

Ready to have the best day EVER in Disney?! What if I told you it was possible EVEN if it rains? (Because I'll let you in on a secret...it rains in Disney...a lot!) Take a 👀 at my ride or die MUST HAVES in my bag for a rainy day in the parks.
☔ RAIN JACKET/PONCHO: let's be real...nobody likes getting wet. Make sure to pack a cover for when the drops start to fall. BONUS TIP: head to the Dollar Store and purchase a handful of ponchos before your trip. You will save a whole lot of money NOT buying one at Disney and they work well and are so cheap you don't have to feel guilty about throwing them away after each use.
☔ EXTRA PAIR OF SHOES/SOCKS: who here likes to walk around in squishy socks? Yep...nobody! And believe me...you will be doing A LOT of walking. Throw some extra shoes and dry socks in your bag for an easy switch out! PRO TIP: don't take flip flops for the parks, your feet will thank you...trust me.
☔ LARGE ZIPLOCK BAGS: throw some of these in your bag to put wet shoes and socks in. Also, use these to put electronics or other things you want to keep dry in your bag.
☔ STROLLER COVER: rain can hit at any time in Disney and you kiddos are NOT going to want to walk out of an attraction to a wet stroller. Hop on Amazon and buy a clear stroller cover before you leave and make a habit of always covering it before you head in. PRO TIP: decorate your cover with some stickers or other embellishments so you can easily differentiate your stroller from others.
☔ QUICK DRYING CLOTHES: be aware of the material of clothing you are packing for your trip. Steer clear of denim as it will hold the moisture longer and lead to chaffing...which is ZERO fun for anyone. PRO TIP: consider bringing a chaffing stick along with you in case you find yourself under attack. Trust me...it works wonders!
☔ QUICK DRY TOWEL: even if you plan ahead...things will still get wet. Throw some quick dry towels into your bag to utilize for those inevitable wipe downs and clean ups. Once you are done with them, throw them in one of the large ziplock baggies you packed to help keep the inside of your bag dry.

There is nothing worse than a Disney meltdown (believe me...I've been there). Kiddos wait patiently in a long line only to be told they are not tall enough to ride their favorite attraction.
Have no fear! Take a look at these Magic Kingdom height requirements and follow these tips and tricks to avoid a breakdown.
👉Measure your kiddos ahead of time.
👉Discuss which rides they want/are able to do.
👉Utilize 'Single Rider' or 'Rider Swap' where available.

Prince Charming's Regal Carousel 🎠 is the OLDEST attraction in all of Disney World? ..
The carousel was originally known as "Liberty" and was built in 1917. Originally used in a park in Detroit, it was then moved to Maplewood, New Jersey. Disney then bought the carousel and gave it a complete redesign to meet the theme and design the imagineers wanted for the park. ..
This is pretty cool when you think about how Walt envisioned Disneyland while watching his girls ride a carousel in his local park 💖..

Happy Friday, friends! I'm closing off the week working on a once in a lifetime, tropical family vacation 🌴 for some truly incredible clients! My clients are looking to take a relaxing family trip this summer.
