Life as we know it.

I struggle every day with mental health and while I appear to look “normal”, you can’t see what I am going through. It is a silent struggle and it needs to be discussed more.

My mental health does NOT define me. It is a part of my, but it’s not the only part of me.

I go through life trying to fit in and be normal. This is my journey and I want others to not be afraid of struggling, as long as you are seeking help. I want to bring the raw truth to you on my journey.
