I’ve been getting some interest via random messages from comments so I figured I’d make a post in case others are looking for the same! I think everyone should have affordable access to CS because of all the amazing benefits it has, so don’t be afraid to ask or reach out! Also happy to answer any questions about the uses of CS, as well. I’ve been home brewing for 8 years.
Like we all know, I cannot give medical advice. However, I’ll list all the way my family of 5(soon to be 6!) use it daily (or as needed) in our home! ⤵️

• eye rinse /drops
• mouth wash
• daily cleaner (mixed with vinegar and lemon scraps)
• drink it when under the weather
• canker sore remedy
• spray on diaper rash
• pink eye
• deodorant
• deodorizer for carpet, couches, shoes, etc
• cuts, scrapes, burns
• sunburn
• rashes and eczema
• facial spray/setting for mild acne
• overall “freshening up”

I’m not kidding when I say I literally keep a spray bottle of CS in every room in the house and all of our vehicles, diaper bag, etc! It’s my go to for seriously everything 😂👏🏽 I’m sure I’m forgetting 100 things I use it for on the daily, but you get the picture. Feel free to reach out via message or comment

CS is know to contain antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiviral qualities and is nothing more than nano particles of silver suspended in pure distilled water.

One of my old hinged-lid jars failed this year during fire cider season 🥵 But, the flavor is phenomenal after only three weeks!!🫶🏽 I guess I’m ok with one jar being opened early to enjoy now!

But it left me with all the contents, 3 weeks shy of having ALL the medicinal effects being drawn out via fermentation. So it’s dehydrator time!!! I plan on encapsulating some in veggie caps after being dried and processed for pick-me-ups during the cold season, and I may keep some for kitchen spice depending on the flavor… and I’m excited to see the finished product!!!

This years recipe has many more ingredients than your typical fire cider recipe online… red onion, garlic, cayenne peppers, habanero peppers, horseradish root, lemon, blood orange, spruce tips, elderberry, juniper berry, burdock root, dandelion root, soursop leaves, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, thyme, oregano, sage, rosemary and topped with ACV!

Ask permission.
Before cutting the branch of a tree or removing a flower, tell the spirit of the tree or plant what you are going to do, so that they can withdraw their energy from that place and not feel the cut so strong.

When you go to nature and want to take a stone that was in the river, ask the river keeper if he allows you to take one of his sacred stones.

If you have to climb a mountain or make a pilgrimage through the jungle, ask permission from the spirits and guardians of the place. It is very important that you communicate even if you do not feel, do not listen or do not see. Enter with respect to each place, since Nature listens to you, sees you and feels you.

Every movement you make in the microcosm generates a great impact on the macrocosm.

When you approach an animal, give thanks for the medicine it has for you.

Honor life in its many forms and be aware that each being is fulfilling its purpose, nothing was created to fill spaces, everything and everyone is here remembering our mission, remembering who we are and awakening from the sacred dream to return home.

Nice mid-morning trek with my daughter, Alana 💛 We found some Oyster mushrooms that are JUST past due, and some really awesome fresh Turkey Tail!!!! We came across 3 skulls too, one of my favorite trail treasures 😄 Took just one home because it was in good shape- we love to decorate them!
