Sharing for anyone who may be sailing out of Galveston on Royal Caribbean today.

We’re sharing this important update from Caribbean International Cruise Terminal 10 operations staff about the Mariner of the Seas sailing on Saturday, July 13:

Due to an urgent medical need, the Mariner of the Seas had to turn back to Cozumel and is delayed in returning to Galveston. Our deepest sympathies and thoughts are with the family and friends.

We ask that incoming guests arrive at the terminal after 3:00 PM., which is when parking lots will open. Expected departure time is to be determined. Guests will receive updates on departure at the terminal upon check-in.

Please check your Royal Caribbean emails and app for more details, including your new arrival window. We kindly ask that you arrive according to the new adjusted arrival windows. Arriving at the terminal earlier than your adjusted time will result in you being turned away until your new time. Caribbean International
