Number one trip of a lifetime visiting the Galapagos with Lindblad, National Geographic expeditions. Simply nothing like it anywhere else in the world. Naturalist guides were outstanding. Highly recommended for nature and underwater lovers.

We're delighted to be traveling again after the Covid shut down. Fortunate to select an Avalon Cruise Northbound on the Rhone river in France, one of the few not impacted by the severe drought that has hit Europe hard this year. Great for wine lovers and those who enjoy medieval and Roman history.

The most interesting part of our River cruise on the Douro in Portugal was to witness the precision in which our ship was navigated by the captain and crew through the five locks that we navigated. Both the bridge and a rear section of the craft are able to collapse downward to a lower deck to allow the vessel to pass under locks and bridges. Amazing to watch.

Our Tauck river cruise and land package started in Portugal with a city tour and visit to the royal palace. Tauck guides provided an informative tour and history of the culture here.

First real chance to travel since early last year. Tauck land and river cruise on the Douro River in Portugal and Spain. A new river boat just launched in August. Fabulous experience.
