Today my Grandmother would have been 106 years old! It's hard to believe she has been gone 10 years. In honor of her birthday, today is the day I finally share the big news with you all!
Lucky Dog Travels is going through a rebrand! New name, new logo, new email, new website! As much as I love Lucky Dog Travels and our logo the time has come to switch it up.
Our new name is Pumpelly Vacations! And our new logo is a sea turtle!
Pumpelly comes from my Grandmother's maiden name.
I got my passion for travel from my Grandmother!
Every year when my parents took us on vacation, my Grandma and my Aunt Gladys (grandma's sister) went with us!
I always remember them sitting beside the pool or at the beach watching me swim!
These memories are priceless and I'm so grateful.
They always encouraged me to travel and see the world.

Bittersweet day! Today was the last day of our trip and it was fantastic! We went on a boat ride and saw manatees, even a couple mommas and babies!! It always makes my heart happy when no one is ready to come home yet! Can't wait for the next trip!

This morning I almost didn't get up when my alarm went off at 4:45am! I wanted to sleep since I'm on vacation and 4:30-4:45am is my normal time to get up! I am so glad I made myself get up and out of bed! The sunrise, the colors in the sky, and finding the most amazing things on the beach made it sooooo worth it!! Today while I was walking along the beach I spotted a new sea turtle nest!! I have become quite obsessed with sea turtles! I didn't get to see the momma but seeing her tracks coming out of the ocean was very special!! And of course the colors in sky were absolutely amazing!

We finally made it to Florida!! It has been a LONG travel day but so WORTH it! Our flight was delayed and it was very close to not making our connection, but we did it! The best part of traveling was watching my littlest niece get her first flight wings!! Now it's time to check out some new things that I can't wait to share with you!!
