🌟HUGE news from Disney this morning🌟
Both Disney World AND Disneyland will be offering a VERY limited pilot program - Lighting Lane Premier Pass - starting THIS MONTH!

⚡️ Lighting Lane Premier Pass will allow 1-time access to each Lighting Lane attraction in that day, as follows:

▪️At Disneyland, Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be available first come, first served beginning 2️⃣ days in advance of a theme park reservation and will be valid for use in BOTH theme parks. The first date it will be available is October 23, 2024. 💰Pricing will start at $400 per person per day.

▪️At Disney World, this option will be for DELUXE resort guests only! It will be available to be purchased up to 7️⃣ days in advance of their stay. It will only be valid for use in 1️⃣ park of the guest’s choice per day. The first date it will be available is October 30, 2024. 💰Pricing will range from $129-449 per person, per day, depending on the park and the date.

Walt Disney World Theme Parks
🌀On Oct. 9, our theme parks and Disney Springs will be closed in phases beginning at 1 p.m.
✨Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will close at 1 p.m.
✨Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney Springs will close at 2 p.m.
🌀It is likely the theme parks will remain closed on Thursday, Oct. 10. We will consider opening Disney Springs Thursday late afternoon with limited offerings.
🌀This includes the cancellation of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom on Oct. 10. Event tickets will be refunded.
🌀Walt Disney World Transportation will stop operating Wednesday, Oct. 9 after Disney Springs and the Walt Disney World theme parks close.
Limited Minnie Van and Mears taxi service will be available to Walt Disney World Resort Guests.

✨Due to potential weather impacts to guest travel plans, change and cancellation fees imposed by Disney will be waived for check-in dates of Tuesday, 10/8 - Monday, 10/14

Cindy Potter - Missouri Disney Travel Agent

Hey there! My name is Cindy Potter!

I fell in love with Disney at a very young age. I grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and when I was six and again when I was eight, my parents took my brother and me down to Walt Disney World for an extended period of time. We drove down and stayed in our camper at Fort Wilderness. We would take the boat over to the parks and spend our nights around the campfire with Chip and Dale. I cannot remember a time in my life when I wasn’t slightly obsessed with Disney, but that was where it started.

Flash forward many years later and I landed in Missouri on a college scholarship to play basketball, softball and volleyball. First at a junior college and then at a small private four year school where I found my passion for helping others. I spent many years as a student athlete and then as a professional, travelling around the United States and always found my way back to Disney World. Now in my 20th year living in Columbia, Missouri I am an athletic administrator at my alma mater and love my job. I get paid to help student athletes and watch games!

There is no feeling like the Disney feeling but I have found a new sort of joy in watching my kids experience Disney magic. My daughter is six and has been to Walt Disney World four times and is just as in love as I was at her age. My son is about to be five and has enjoyed meeting characters more than anything. He loves to watch videos of Disney and asks daily when we can go back.
