Autism is something extremely close to my heart. As a mother with an autistic son, I get there are so many concerns and questions when it comes to wanting to travel 🧳 with your child/children. It’s my job to listen, understand, and assist ALL your needs!

⭐️If you want to travel over Spring Break or even this Summer (March-August) start planning like, YESTERDAY 😉

⭐️Pricing is up. . . everywhere. That includes all things travel. What you could get for 3k a few years ago is not available now: think double and sometimes even higher. I have zero control over pricing, as much as I wish I did! Please understandstand that I will always try to find options that fit your budget but it may not check all of the boxes.

⭐️”Deals” are harder and harder to come by. Gambling time to see if the price comes down may leave you with less than ideal options and/or increased pricing. Resorts and cruises are booked or sold out, and then they have no need to offer "deals".

⭐️Availability is already low for spring break and summer travel. This is not a scare tactic - it’s honest and based on my research for current client requests.

⭐️ Please be considerate when asking for quotes. I only get paid when you book your vacation with me and i do not get paid for quoting. While I TOTALLY understand plans change and that is OKAY (I promised I will never be mad if a trip you were hoping to go on doesn’t pan out), I try to focus my time towards serious inquires and clients that are already booked. Please know this comes from a place of love 💙

⭐️Lastly, I am a work this from home and juggle being mom and have a part-time job. Your patience is greatly appreciated as some days are crazy (as you can imagine) but I really do try to respond back within 24 hours.

About yesterday….

Raw photos and Raw emotions 🖤

Woke up to a complimentary breakfast and sat in on an hour training with Disney’s direct sales manager. I learned about some exciting NEW things happening at Disney this year!

I also learned 2 new Disney ships coming soon!! One is in the middle of being built. Adventures by Disney was also reviewed and National Geographic. I hopped over to Epcot and walked through all of the Art Displays. It was pretty hard to choose which one was my favorite. I’d have to say William Silvers. Walked through Journey of Water (pics and Reel to come). For lunch I had some delicious pimento cheese, bacon and Tomato Grilled cheese!

Stopped over in France 🇫🇷 and had the best Frozen raspberry martini 🍸 had some Saki In Japan (they wrote my name in Japanese) and I had a sushi 🍣 doughnut! Then went through Morocco 🇲🇦 and Germany 🇩🇪 Had dinner at Shiki-Sai and it was fantastic!

Was treated to a private meet and greet with Mickey & Minnie, Coco, Genie, Mooshu, and Remy from Ratatouille! Appetizers/and desserts were delish! 🙂 We we’re then escorted and we’re up front for-Luminous the Symphony of Us!! The show was incredible and I can’t wait to come back to see it next year for retreat!!

It’s truly an honor to be apart of a Earmarked Diamond Agency!! Not many travel agencies have this prestigious award.

MEXICO 🇲🇽 has my ❤️

Just spent last week with my TA FAM!! We got to go tour and learn 6 different resorts!

They were all so very beautiful! Most were adult only all-inclusive. One in particular was for families and had a fantastic kids club area, pool, and reading/tv area! The food and service was fantastic as well!

Do you believe that travel can change your life?

I’ve taken a handful of trips in my life that made a huge impact on me & I will never forget!

That includes my trips to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Scotland, and the UK!

But my trip to Switzerland 🇨🇭is easily at the top of the list. On that trip, I got to walk around Lucerne as well as go to the the top of Mt. Pilatus. What really impacted me was the people I met and how some of those I met I still keep in touch with till this very day.

To say it was life-changing would be an understatement. I just wouldn't be a travel advisor nor would I be as strong and independent as I am nor adventure-seeking as I am today without that trip.

✈️ TRAVEL AGENT MYTHS - Debunked!✈️

1. 𝓣𝓻𝓪𝓿𝓮𝓵 𝓐𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼 𝓪𝓻𝓮 𝓮𝔁𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓬𝓽.

If there was any time when a travel agent was needed it’s NOW! During the times of the pandemic travel agents stayed up to date on ALL the latest travel news and protocols. There are MANY travel agents out there (my agency has 1200 alone), and we are here to make your lives easier!

2. 𝓣𝓻𝓪𝓿𝓮𝓵 𝓐𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼 𝓬𝓸𝓼𝓽 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓶𝓸𝓷𝓮𝔂.

I NEVER charge a fee for my services. My services are completely complimentary, and I can actually SAVE you money on your vacation! How does it work if I don’t charge a fee? Great question! The agent commission is already built into the price of the trip, so regardless of whether you use a TA, it’s already in the cost. If you don’t use a TA, that commission goes back to the vendor. But if you do use one (yay!), that commission is supporting my small business.

3. 𝓣𝓻𝓪𝓿𝓮𝓵 𝓐𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼 𝓹𝓾𝓼𝓱 𝓹𝓪𝓬𝓴𝓪𝓰𝓮𝓼 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓱𝓲𝓰𝓱𝓮𝓻 𝓬𝓸𝓶𝓶𝓲𝓼𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷.

I will never do this. When starting to plan a trip for a client, I get their needs and wants, and typically a budget. I find the resort, cruise, package that best fits what the client wants in a vacation, regardless of the commission amount. I want YOU (the traveler) to have an amazing time and make amazing memories, that’s my goal being a travel agent!

4. 𝓣𝓻𝓪𝓿𝓮𝓵 𝓐𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼 𝓸𝓷𝓵𝔂 𝓫𝓸𝓸𝓴 𝓱𝓸𝓽𝓮𝓵𝓼 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓯𝓵𝓲𝓰𝓱𝓽𝓼.
