Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom vacation home rental in Cape Coral Florida. We recently renovated the entire home into a Florida meets Cape Cod style home. New modern kitchen with stainless appliaces and all the amenties. Dry bar in kitchen with a large center island that seats five. There is a farm style table in the dining room that seats six and a patio set on lanai that seats six. Brand new gorgous blue patio/lanai furniture with two comfortable couches, round relaxation couch, two chairs, four chase lounge chairs for pool side relaxation. We have a beautiful new pool with a fountatin and sun shelf and a large lanai screen cage to keep bugs out. There is a new flat screen TV on the lanai patio area and in the living room. Free wifi. The house is fully furnished with all the amenties you will need to enjoy your vacation including fresh sheets, towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to make some great meals here, including spices, plates, glasses, etc. There is also a grill on patio for you to use. If you dont feel like cooking, no worries, Cape Coral has so many great restaurants and you are only a few miles away from downtown. Publix grocery store is a mile down the road.
