The California Wolf Center is a fantastic place, and especially great for families. Right outside Julian, we recommend visiting in the morning, as the wolves are more active when it’s cool.

A whole herd of deer, with several fawns, were hanging out behind the Treehouse this afternoon. Deer and wild turkeys often come through the property, and they’re fun to watch.
