More than 60 days notice, 100% refund
Between 31-60 days notice, 50% refund
30 days or less notice, no refund. We do not refund for inclement weather, nearby construction, or any acts of God with the EXCEPTION of ordered mandatory evacuation due to hurricanes. Down Payments
We require a down payment of 50% of the total booking at time of the reservation. The remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, or Venmo. Smoking is not allowed on our property. NO PETS of any kind are allowed on our property. Minimum rental age is 25 and no parties or events are allowed.
