Why I am a Travel Agent

I love to travel and have always planned my personal vacations from start to business with detailed precision and attention to detail. I always want my vacation to be PERFECT and they always are! I've been very fortunate to travel extensively around the world. We always travel at least twice a year as a family of five (sometimes six with my mom) and my husband and I go on at least one personal trip a year. Between my husband and I, we have been to ever continent excluding Antarctica (which is at the top of our very long list of must see places). I’ve traveled on culture rich independent tours, sailed amazing ocean and river cruises, and flown to exotic all-inclusive resorts.

I personally meet with each client to really get to know them on a personal level to ensure their dream vacation is tailored to their wants and needs. I want to know the experience they are hoping to have, the accommodations they prefer, their budget, favorite places they have traveled to, favorite travel memories, what their ideal day off looks like. I also want to know their pain points - what are their biggest challenges they encounter when planning their vacation. All of this information allows me to craft a personalized vacation experience that is seamless, stress-free and brings value to my clients.
