How can you not fall in love with Ollie? She’s beautiful and is a hard working truffle hunting dog. She found summer and the first winter truffle of the season. The summer truffles are creamy white inside and the winter are black inside. Brush some truffle oil and salt over the truffles and serve over toasted bread.
