Sometimes it’s the little things! We had a customer come in today because her Keychron Anne Pro II mechanical keyboard would not change from a single solid color to the rainbow like it had done before.

It took us about 10 minutes of research and a 3rd party keyboard utility but we got it reset and now the keyboard is working as it should!
