👀👀Disney has announced that they will begin a new pilot program at Disneyland and Walt Disney World called Lightning Lane Premier Pass!

This new pass will be available in very limited quantities, and will allow guests one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane entrance in the theme park they are visiting that day! Guests will not need to select an arrival time for the experiences, and the Lightning Lane Premier Pass will include both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass attractions. Pricing will vary by date and theme park.

The Lightning Lane Premier Pass will begin at Walt Disney World on October 30, 2024, and will be available to Deluxe Resort and Deluxe Villa guests. It will be valid at one theme park of choice per day, and may be purchased up to 7 days in advance beginning at 7am EST.

At Disneyland, Lightning Lane Premier Passes will be sold on a first come, first served basis, and will be valid in both theme parks. Visitors may purchase the Lightning Lane Premier Pass up to 2 days in advance of their theme park reservation, and the first day it will be available is October 23, 2024.

Disney has also shared that DisneyPhotoPass downloads and PhotoPass Lenses will be included for guests who purchase the Lightning Lane Premier Pass! To learn more, please visit Disney’s website here:

Y’all KNOW I’m a Disney fantastic and I’ve even grown to LOVE Universal… but the time has come for me to step out of my comfort zone and I’m exploring Royal Caribbean cruising!! I’m splashing in by taking my family (shhh🤫🤫🤫 it’s a surprise for our kids) on an 8 night Southern Caribbean cruise over spring break and I’m super excited to experience new ports of call, a new cruise line, and an awesome ship!

Tell me… anyone else cruises with Royal Caribbean or gone to Aruba or Curacao? I’ve booked our shows, specialty dining, drink and internet packages, a private snorkeling excursion in Curacao, but I’m stuck on Aruba between snorkeling/ resort for a day/ or jsit renting a car and beach hoping ourselves while also taking our kids to the lighthouse and some other sites to see the island ourselves🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ . Help me out, what should I do???

Here's a Disney snack hack for you! The pork egg rolls from the Lotus Blossom Cafè in EPCOT's World Showcase make a great light meal. For a little over $5 (last time I checked) you get two decent sized egg rolls. Considering a quick-service meal costs around $15 (and often isn't finished), this is a solid bargain.

It's not the rooms, dining options or amenities that make a Disney resort feel like home, it's the memories you make there. Movies Under the Stars is an activity available (weather permitting) at every Walt Disney World Resort hotel. What better way to wind down after a full day at the parks than gathering with your family, eating snacks and watching a Disney movie under the night sky?

I am guilty of looking at the Movies Under the Stars movie line-up every trip, always commenting, "Ooooh, we should go watch this one" and then never actually doing It 🤣🤣.

If experience has taught me anything, it's that at some point during your well-planned, costly theme park vacation, your kids are going to ask to skip the parks and swim. Be sure when you're planning your trip that the hotel pool has everything you're looking for. For example, at Universal Orlando Resort's Loews Royal Pacific Hotel, they have a really fun water play area, but no slide. That might be a deal breaker despite water volleyball, life size Connect Four games, relaxing Cabanas and the poolside Bula Grille.

Opening Date of The Villas at Disneyland !!! The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will open to guests on September 28, 2023!

The lobby will feature a one-of-a-kind mural created exclusively for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel by Disney Animation artist Lorelay Bové, known for her work on classics from “The Princess and the Frog” to “Encanto.”

The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will have 344 whimsically themed rooms, including duo studios, deluxe studios, one- and two-bedroom villas, and grand villas. Each includes modern just-like-home amenities with touches of Disney magic sprinkled throughout, themed to Walt Disney Animation Studios like “The Jungle Book,” “Sleeping Beauty,” “The Princess and the Frog,” “Fantasia” and more.
