A familiarization (FAM) trip like this is an invaluable opportunity for travel agents to experience destinations firsthand, allowing us to gain in-depth knowledge about suppliers, resorts, and attractions. This hands-on experience helps us better serve our clients by providing expert recommendations.

Over the next few days, we’ll dive into Universal-led training sessions, participate in panel discussions, tour resorts, explore the parks, and enjoy everything CityWalk has to offer—from dining to shopping.
