Do you like the Express Pass process at Universal? Well if you do, then the new PREMIER PASS option for the LIGHTNING LANE program that will roll out later this month at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World is for you!

This purchase option for the Disney parks will allow you one time front of the line access for each of the lightning lane attractions without booking a time in the app (and they have even thrown in attraction PhotoPass pictures for the day too!)!

This program will be piloted in Disneyland starting NEXT WEEK (and can be purchased in the Disneyland App two days prior to your visit and is valid for both parks on that day).

The pilot program will start at Walt Disney World on October 30 and is only available for Deluxe Resort/Villa guests (including Shades of Green and Swan/Dolphin). The Disney World program is park specific for the day and can be purchased in the MDE app 7 days prior to your trip.

The pilot program at both coasts will be available in limited quantities.

I’ve always been jealous of the corn dog options at Disneyland …. But now, Walt Disney World has more options!!! I’m excited to check this out on our next visit! They have some really fun options in their menu like a Mexican Street Corn Dog and a Pickle dog. Do you like corn dogs?

Here’s the summary of the D23 Walt Disney World theme park announcements!!! They delivered on last year’s announcements!!! Let’s keep it rollin!!!!

Magic Kingdom: Villains land, new nighttime parade, and not 1 but 2 Cars attractions. Also, the previously announced Pirates lounge is slated to open next summer.

Hollywood Studios: Mando and Grogu coming to the Smugglers Run story attraction, and a new Monsters Incorporated land (with a hanging coaster attraction).

EPCOT: You can thank the Phoenicians at a Spaceship Earth lounge.

Animal Kingdom: Tropical Americas area (construction will start this fall), a new Indiana Jones attraction, and new Encanto attraction. Additionally, the previously announced Zootopia show in the Tree of Life should open next winter.

The D23 Expo is every Disney fan’s place for what’s in the works at Disney. From movies to theme parks, Disney executives give their fans a glimpse of things to come. And from last year to this year, THEY PRODUCED. From last years theme park announcement list, all have already happened in the parks or now have an opening date! 😮 Hera, AHSOKA, Figment, Hatbox Ghost, Country Bear, Moana, Luminous, Lookout Cay, and Test Track update are all already in action!!! 🤩 Pirates tavern will open next summer and the Zootopia show in the Tree of Life will open next winter! °o° As a vacationer, this is GREAT that they keep the theme parks progressing with new and fresh innovation and imagineering! Be on the lookout for this year’s theme park announcements…..they are pretty exciting!!!!

Secured a Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind virtual queue boarding group while on the plane to Orlando just now!!

Surprised my girls this morning with a spur of the moment trip to the most magical place on earth to cap off the amazing summer they have had!

It’s NEVER too late to to book a trip! There were still amazing dining reservations available and I just booked this trip last week!

Today marks the 69th anniversary of the opening of the original Disney theme park in Anaheim California!

Several opening day attractions are still in operation: Autopia, Jungle Cruise, King Arthur’s Carousel, Mad Tea Party, Mr Toad’s Wild Ride, Peter Pan’s Flight, Snow White’s Enchanted Wish, and Storybook Land Canal Boats.

Planning ahead for your Disney trip is gonna get a little easier starting next month! July 24, Disney will roll out an early selection process for lightning lanes (up to 7 days in advance for resort guests)! As a traveler that likes to plan ahead, this is a win in my book!

Starting today, at EPCOT you have a new opportunity (available with Genie+ or standby) to Meet Beloved Disney Pals at Mickey Friends in the newly opened Communicore area of the park. We got to meet Mickey, Goofy, and Minnie!!

We don’t normally go to Disney Springs, but we went tonight to watch the new drone show: Disney Dreams That Soar! Pretty cool show! Here are some of our favorite drone patterns from the 10 minute show near the Cirque du Soleil tent on the west end of Disney Springs.

The monorail is an attraction on its own!

But, it’s also a very convenient way to get to three different sets of places
1️⃣
You can travel between the Magic Kingdom, Contemporary, Polynesian, and Grand Floridian on the express monorail (it also stops at the TTC)
2️⃣
You can travel direct between Magic Kingdom and the TTC (Ticket and Transportation Center) on the Express Monorail (the TTC has the main parking lot, the ticket booths, and boarding for each of the 3 monorails listed here in this post)
3️⃣
You can travel from the TTC to EPCOT on the EPCOT monorail
