The Blue Gem Beach House is a wonderfully cozy and immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront home located in South Ponte Vedra Beach. Upon arrival, you’ll find a large paver driveway. Upon entry you are greeted by a cozy sitting/dining area. Dining table seats 6. The sitting area has a sofa and ottoman. Ocean views abound. Enjoy a perfect size galley kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for three. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances. Beyond the kitchen is a den with 2 sofas, coffee table and a large Smart TV with sound bar. Great for watching movies or sports. There is a full bathroom on the first floor. There is also a laundry room on the ground level.

Three bedrooms are on level two. The spacious master bedroom offers wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Sleep tight in the king bed while listening to the sounds of the waves. The sliding door that leads out to the screened oceanfront balcony. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. There is a desk in the bedroom with a monitor and printer, which makes for a great place to get a little work done or research where to go on your next adventure. The second bedroom is on the ocean side of the house. It has a queen bed, dresser, TV, and a door that leads to the screened balcony. The third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, with an additional twin mattress in the trundle. Perfect for kids or adults. This bedroom also has a TV. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

The second floor boasts a screened and covered balcony at the rear of the home, providing a delightful spot to savor the cool breezes and scenic beach views while shaded from the sun. On the southern side, an open deck offers ample sunlight, perfect for sunbathing without the mess of sand. The expansive paver patio in the backyard creates a seamless transition to the beach stairs and features an outdoor grill, a refreshing shower, and abundant seating. It includes a table for alfresco dining. As evening falls, gather around the stone fire pit under the starlit sky for a memorable group experience.

Blue Gem is located in South Ponte Vedra Beach, just about 10 minutes north of historic St. Augustine and 15 minutes south of TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra. In St. Augustine you will find countless restaurants, bars, gift shops, historic sights and more. My kid’s personal favorite attraction is the Alligator Farm and Zoological Park. There are plenty of golf courses in the area, for all levels, so bring your clubs! We are 55 minutes from the Jacksonville International Airport. Disney is a 2 hour drive and Daytona is 1. There are several great restaurants on our island. There is a Publix less than 10 minutes away and a convenience store just 1 mile away.
