The new âDreams That Soarâ drone show at @waltdisneyworld is amazing!! 𤊠This show is scheduled to run at 9:00 pm and 10:45 pm nightly from May 24 through September 2, 2024. Double check your app for times in case they change later this summer. The show is at Disney Springs which means you donât even need a park ticket to watch it. It would be a great evening activity for your arrival night or a rest day. The viewing area is located on the west side of Disney Springs between the Cirque du Soleil Theatre and Aerophile. The line for the 9:00 pm show opened at 7:30 and filled quickly so definitely arrive early!

Jaleo is also offering a tasting experience that allows you to watch the show from their patio. Hagridâs Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure is THE most popular ride at @universalorlando for good reason. It is my favorite ride and a must-do in my opinion. It is NOT included with Express Pass, so even if you opt to pay for that service, you will need to be strategic to get on Hagridâs without a long wait.
The best time to ride Hagridâs is during Early Park Admission. If youâre a guest at one of the Universal Orlando Resort hotels, you can enter the park an hour early which is a huge benefit! You can also go to Early Park Admission if you purchase multi-day park tickets through a travel agent (like me!) but I highly recommend staying on property.
We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel last week and went to Early Park Admission at Universalâs Islands of Adventure. We lined up at the park entrance about 45 minutes before Early Admission started and only had a few people ahead of us. As you can see, the crowd behind us grew quickly! We were able to ride Hagridâs with a very short wait and my big girls got to ride twice using child swap since my youngest isnât tall enough to ride yet. We finished both rides and went to the wand show at Ollivanderâs before Early Park Admission ended. By park opening the wait for Hagridâs was already over an hour. It was totally worth waking up early!

My favorite time of day in the parks is in the morning right after Rope Drop (the actual park opening time when they drop the ropes to open the lands and attractions). The temperatures and crowds are lower and you can get so much done! Then take a break at your hotel when it gets hot in the afternoon and come back for the evening refreshed and ready to go. You might not be able to make it ârope drop TO closeâ in the parks, but try ârope drop AND closeâ on your next trip!

How cute are they?! đ We had a blast dancing with the Aristocats during the Disney Holiday Dance Party at @disneyland. Seeing these rare characters felt more like an after hours event, but this is included with your park ticket during the Holidays at Disneyland! You can see other characters as well, so stop by multiple times if you can. I definitely recommend this fun, interactive show if you are visiting for the holidays!
