Making Travel A “Yes” for Everyone

Finding the vision to start Adiona Travel Services was not a soul-searching challenge but more a deliberate, thoughtful and intentional answer to many a conversation. The conversation would go something like this:

“Wow, Molly! That sounds like an amazing trip to Country X. I’d love to go there, too.”

(Pause. Here it comes...you know what’s coming.)

“BUT...

...I haven’t traveled to Country X before and wouldn’t know where to start.”

...I saw on the news something bad happened there and I wouldn’t know enough to about Country X to exercise good personal safety/security.”

...I used to travel but I’m too old now. And, don’t like the mass motor coach tours. They’re too rigid, too much unpacking, too uncomfortable.”

...I don’t have time to dig through all that’s out there and make a good decision on correct information and “fake news”.”

...I have a medical condition and need certain services nearby just in case.”

...When I have time to plan and find good value for my hard-earned money, I’ll go.” (and it never happens because none of us have much time to find in our busy lives)

Every last reason listed above is relevant. And, each rationalization stands in the way of people experiencing the world as they’d like to do.

So, I began to ponder. What if I could an independent travel service invested solely in making someone’s business trip, vacation or adventure happen in a manner which addressed their concerns, priorities and budget?

I love to travel! I love to find a good “bang for the buck” when investing my money on personal travel! And, I’ve spent years professionally researching, analyzing and developing threat profiles for all the places the Department of Defense sent me and others.

Why not put it all together and make this heavy-lifting easy for those who perhaps don’t have the time, experience or resources to develop such a portfolio of information?
