Big Thunder Mountain is closed at the Magic Kingdom in Florida for a year-long refurbishment, but Big Thunder at Disneyland is open! My family loves the Big Thunder at Disneyland and we are eager to ride it again in June of this year during our next Disneyland trip! One of my favorite festivals at Epcot - International Flower and Garden Festival - will be March 5th to June 2nd this year. I love the topiaries that are put out for just this time of year, but there's also special food booths, performances, flower displays and more. Plus, its also great weather (and if you book by February 10 for a trip at the end of May/early June, you may be eligible for the free dining offer as well)! We are headed to Disneyland this summer - not only that but staying at the Disneyland Resort Hotel which has long been something I wanted to do. We were more frugal last time we were there and stayed off-property - which was close and much more convenient that off-property locations near Walt Disney World - but the Disneyland Hotel has always been a goal.
