Our farrier giving his favorite horse some love. Always nice to see him every three months. Today he showed up with his plow helped clean the drive way up, did Thunders feet, and helped me clean my rifle. Grateful for good friends. 🙏

When I first met her, we walked towards each other and embraced. Familiar, a stranger but a sister. Blood and spirit. She arrived as I was leaving for a long spiritual journey. I handed her sweetgrass seeds wrapped in a bundle. As I walked to her to hand them to her, I could see and feel her deep connection with Thunder our horse, the feelings it was bringing up for her, the healing. It brought tears to my eyes that I had no need to hold back. I feel them as I write this. As I handed her the seeds of medicine both our eyes were blessed by tears
