Reason #1 to use a travel agent- when things go wrong we will come to your rescue!

Perfect example today 😅

Clients flight from Venice to London was delayed, then cancelled.

I jumped in action and helped with a new flight to Paris and a train ride to London. Hotel needed to be cancelled for the night, ✔️.

Why Paris? Everyone was looking for flights to London, booked airline didn’t fly out tomorrow and all other airlines were booking up/selling out mid payment. Prices were surging as well, I was watching prices go from $400 one way to $900 one way per person😳

Not the way someone wants to end their trip but with a flight back to the US tomorrow evening it was imperative to find a solution immediately.

Oh did I mention I was on my own trip chaperoning a girls soccer team - yes , we will rescue you while on our own vacations 😉
