! This 2 bed/2 full bath home is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, located on the infamous "Thornton Row" known to have housed famous Austin musicians in the 70s. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bathroom, as well as entrance to a private deck overlooking views of Bouldin Creek. With the secondary room equipped with two queen beds, and the living room having two leather sleeper sofas, this house can sleep up to a total of 6 people very comfortably. The giant turfed backyard has two covered decks with misters and fans, backyard games, Sonos speaker system, and more! This house is the perfect location for a weekend getaway or a relocation guest, who needs all the amenities and close proximity to downtown. It provides enough space for an entire family. With that being said, it's not intended for anyone looking to host a "party" or event.
