“Drop on in” with this summer, as Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens in at Resort on June 28!

💜 Tiana’s Bayou Adventure invites guests to join beloved characters , , , and all-new friends on a thrilling adventure, all set against the music and excitement of a ⚜️ celebration. This new attraction will feature dozens of Audio-Animatronics figures, a foot-tapping soundtrack, and a celebration where everyone’s welcome.

🎺 They got music, it’s always playin’

Music is at the heart of New Orleans, and guests will be tapping their toes all throughout the attraction thanks in part to adorable critters, who play instruments made of natural materials found in the bayou. Tiana’s new friends include an otter, a rabbit, a racoon, a beaver, a turtle and more. Their spirited stylings will turn the bayou into a party with Zydeco, Rara, and Afro-Cuban music authentic to the region of New Orleans. There will be new, original music alongside favorite tunes from the film, created in collaboration with award-winning artists PJ Morton and Terence Blanchard.

In addition to musical critters, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure welcomes talent voices from the film as they reprise their roles, including Bruno Campos as Prince Naveen, Jenifer Lewis as Mama Odie, Michael-Leon Wooley as Louis, and the one and only Anika Noni Rose as Princess Tiana.

💛 Grab somebody, come on down!

As guests float through the cypress trees and Spanish moss of a beautiful Louisiana bayou, they may see some familiar faces as part of the dozens of entirely new Audio-Animatronics figures. Along with Princess Tiana, Louis and Mama Odie, keep an eye out for Eudora, Charlotte, Prince Ralphie, Prince Naveen and others. Between Disney’s iconic storytelling, technologically advanced Audio-Animatronics figures, and a thrilling 50-foot drop, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure has enough fun for everyone!

As Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “The Princess and the Frog” 🐸 makes its home in the Crescent City, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is more stuffed with authentic artistry than Charlotte is with Tiana’s “man-catching” beignets! Artwork from Louisiana artist Malaika Favorite will delight guests as part of the queue, and guests can see an original metalwork weathervane from third-generation master blacksmith, Darryl Reeves and his apprentice, Karina Roca. New Orleans artist Sharika Mahdi’s artwork has inspired the attraction from the beginning. And, for some lagniappe (a “little extra”) guests will have a nose full of the sweet scent of beignets being kept warm in the oven – reminiscent of strolling through the French Quarter – as part of the attraction queue.

5 New Surprises Coming to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

It’s time to kick off the festivities with a Halfway to Halloween celebration, and we’re conjuring up more spooky spectacles at this separately-ticketed event, which takes place on select nights at at , starting Aug. 9!

It’s never too early to start planning for Halloween, so if you’re already in the mood for the spine-chilling season, find out what’s in store for 2024. Get your costumes and candy bags ready, it’s go time for !

1. New costumes for Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse!

3. Bust a move during the DescenDANCE Party!

Get ready to let loose and show off your best villain DescenDANCE Party, taking place at Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland. This new rave is inspired by the upcoming Disney Original Movie “Descendants: The Rise of Red,” premiering on Disney+ on July 12. 🕺

4. Bruno Madrigal joins the fun!

You’re going to want to talk about this. Because yes, we’re talking about Bruno. For the first time during the party, you can meet the clairvoyant character from “Encanto” alongside Mirabel at their Casita in Fairytale Garden. 🏡

5. New earlier start time for “Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade”! 🎃

This year, Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade will take place at an earlier time – perfect for those guests attending with little ones who want to enjoy the spooky fun before it’s bedtime.

This year’s separately ticketed event will kick off Aug. 9 and will take place on select nights through Oct. 31 at . 🐘 Smellephants on Parade Arriving to Magic Kingdom in May!

is about to get even more colorful as the installation of Smellephants on Parade presented by has begun at 🤡Storybook Circus. Guests visiting the land will go on a brand-new, interactive search-and-sniff experience, perfect for noses of all ages!

When entering Storybook Circus, guests will stumble upon a casting call posted by 🐭Timothy Q. Mouse, seeking out a “Whiff-sistant” to join Dumbo’s newest act. At the ticket booth in front of 🎪 Big Top Souvenirs, a cast member will provide guests with an illustrated map of the land and a sticker sheet to guide them in their first task as a Whiff-sistant.

And the task is simple: find all eight Smellephant statues scattered around Storybook Circus, using the stickers and map to track their progress.

The first of these colorful pachyderms has made its debut and appears to be sporting a guise we can get behind, reminiscent of one of our favorite circus snacks – 🍿Popcorn! As others arrive, guests will encounter additional circus-themed Smellephants, featuring fragrances provided by Scentsy, like Churro, Cotton Candy and 🍭 more!

Speaking of new friends: the bayou will be getting a whole swampful of new neighbors with friendly critters joining the adventure with Tiana. Not only are they musically talented, but they’re also resourceful – they built their own instruments from natural materials they found in the bayou.

💜 Music from The Big Easy

There’s a lot to enjoy about , and a favorite things is hearing all the jazz, zydeco music and more. The ride will feature collaborations with industry legends PJ Morton and Terence Blanchard on new original music for the ride, alongside some of the tunes from the Walt Disney Animation Studios film “The Princess and the Frog.”

1900 Park Fare Reopens April 10 at Disney’s Grand Floridian!

In this refreshed character dining experience, you’ll be joined by Aladdin in his Prince Ali look, Cinderella, Mirabel and Tiana in her new look for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure as they celebrate the power of a wish.
🍓Enjoy a Feast Fit for Royalty
An enchanting buffet will be served for breakfast and dinner, featuring some returning guest favorites — yes, that includes the strawberry soup! — along with new menu offerings dreamed up by our talented chefs to pay tribute to some of the characters and stories you’ll encounter throughout the restaurant.
🎠 Look for Nods to the Restaurant’s Heritage
Fans of 1900 Park Fare will remember Big Bertha, an antique organ that has called the resort home since 1988. Look for her in the main dining room, where she’s on display as its grand centerpiece!Just like before, carousel theming is woven throughout the restaurant — starting with the impressive new mural shown above, which will serve as the focal point of the restaurant’s entrance. In one of the adjoining dining rooms, you’ll find drawings of carousel animals inspired by classic Disney films like “Alice in Wonderland” and “The Little Mermaid.” Keep an eye out for other hidden carousel details when you visit!
🪔 Delight in Exclusive New Artwork
The artistic touches continue throughout the main dining room, where you’ll also find twelve new portraits created exclusively for the restaurant by Disney artists. Each one, inspired by the impressionist art style of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, features a different Disney character as they hope, dream and wish upon a star (or even a magic lamp or a wishing well).
